Your relationships go cold between shoots... so does your pipeline.

Almost every video production agency owner has a version of this story: You produce an incredible brand film. The creative director raves about it. You say you’ll stay in touch. Then the next shoot starts, and 8 months later, that creative director has moved to a new agency with a bigger content budget... and you didn’t even know.

It’s not that he doesn’t want to work with you again. It’s that you disappeared. You were on set. You were in post. You were busy putting out fires. And the relationships you’ve built quietly went cold.

Introducing
Relationship Digest.

Reach out to who matters most today.

The right person

We surface warm contacts from your network who already know your work. Not cold leads, but people ready to hear from you.

The right moment

Real-time social and news signals, cross-referenced with your relationship history, so we know exactly when to reach out.

The right words

A complete email draft in your voice, built from past and current context. Ready to edit and send under 15 mins.

From dormant inbox to active pipeline.

No dashboard. No logins.
Just five simple steps.

Step 01 / 05
Step 01 — Onboard

One call. Everything set up.

1
Book a 45-min call We answer your questions and walk you through everything.
2
Pay and connect Complete payment and link Gmail and Google Calendar via OAuth.
3
We capture your goals We talk through quarterly goals, ideal company, and ideal client profile.
4
First digest in 30 minutes We scan your network and deliver it live on the same call.
Step 02 — Scan

We scan your entire network. Then rank it.

Scrape

We pull every single contact you’ve spoken to from your inbox and calendar. Even those from decades back.

Extract

We map every business relationship... clients, prospects, partners, crew, referrers.

Tier

Every contact is scored on relationship quality, shared history, recency, and reactivation potential.

Step 03 — Signal

We watch your network for live buying windows.

We monitor LinkedIn and news daily for signals that create natural reasons to reach out... job changes, new accounts won, funding rounds, product launches, brand expansions.

When a signal fires, the contact gets surfaced before the window closes. Each contact refreshes based on its tier.

Step 04 — Surface

Your daily digest, ready to send.

Every morning, 3 contacts land in your inbox... each selected based on your goals, ICP, and active signals.

Recommend

The engine filters every contact through your goals and ICP... so the people surfaced are never random.

Email enrichment & verification

Every contact’s email is verified and enriched before it appears in your digest.

Draft

Written in your voice using your LinkedIn posts, past emails, and shared history. Not a template.

Relationship Digest — March 2026 Snapshot

Sunday, March 1, 2026
  • Digest suggestions: 42
  • Contacts reached: 18
  • Contacts replied: 7
  • Meetings booked: 3
  • Trigger-based action rate: 54.5%
  • Non-trigger action rate: 28.6%

Notable wins

Outreach that led to replies, meetings, or new opportunities this month.

Sarah Chen (CTO, TechFlow) — Your note referencing her recent panel landed perfectly. She replied within 2 hours and you’ve since had a 3-thread exchange about potential partnership opportunities. The trigger was a LinkedIn post about scaling engineering teams.
James Rodriguez (VP Sales, TechFlow) — The Google News signal about TechFlow’s Series B was well-timed. You reached out the day the news broke, and he responded warmly. A 30-minute call is now on the calendar for next week.
Maria Santos (Founder, BrightPath) — After 3 months of dormancy, the prompt to reconnect over her company’s new product launch led to a reply and a coffee meeting. She mentioned interest in collaborating on a Q2 project.

No replies

Contacts who didn’t respond, with notes on what to try differently next time.

David Kim (contacted Feb 5) — The angle about his recent keynote may have felt too generic. Try a more specific angle next month — reference a particular point from his talk.
Lisa Park (contacted Feb 12) — No response to the industry report share. Wait one more month — she may be in heads-down mode given her company’s product launch timeline.
Tom Bradley (contacted Feb 8) — The congratulations on his promotion didn’t generate a reply. Try a different angle — perhaps reference a shared connection or mutual interest instead.

Next focus

Where to double down next month based on what’s working.

Your trigger-based outreach is converting at nearly 2x the rate of non-trigger outreach. Lean into this — prioritize reaching out within 48 hours while the context is fresh.
Three of your Tier A contacts haven’t been surfaced yet this quarter. Consider scheduling time to review Sarah Chen’s reply thread and the upcoming call with James Rodriguez.

This is what lands in your inbox.

Relationship Digest is not for everyone.

This is for you if…

  • Your agency is in the $2M–$10M ARR range and you’re looking to scale.
  • You’ve been running your video production agency long enough to have thousands of dormant relationships with real revenue potential.
  • Your inbox and calendar are your primary communication layer… not a CRM, not social DMs, not scattered across platforms.
  • You want more… not because you’re struggling, but because you know your network is underutilized.
  • You believe the best client relationships are built through genuine care, not transaction-first outreach.
  • You treat consistent follow-up as a professional responsibility, not a sales tactic.

This is not for you if…

  • You’re looking for a self-service tool to configure and leave running without engagement.
  • You’re comfortable with your current revenue and not actively looking to grow.
  • You manage your relationships primarily through LinkedIn, a CRM, or platforms outside your inbox.
  • You want a cold outreach machine… we don’t find new people, we resurface people who already know you.
  • You’d compare this to a LinkedIn automation tool or an email outreach agency… it isn’t either.
  • You have a scarcity mindset about your network and your market.

Connecting your inbox isn’t a small thing. Here’s how we manage your risk...
and some hard truths.

1 / 4

We extract what we need. We destroy the rest.

Storing your emails doesn’t make our product better, in fact, it makes it worst. Because they take up memory, slow down every database query, and make our cron jobs run longer... which means higher compute costs on every single run. And storing them creates risks we have no reason to carry.

That’s why we do not save any sensitive email content.

We extract the contact signals we need and destroy everything else immediately... and the access we have is read-only which means we can never send, delete, or modify anything in your inbox.

Your inbox has already been exposed. Probably more than once.

Your inbox has actually been exposed...if you’ve ever connected a CRM, personal relationship tool, or any email-related app. Their teams have access.

That’s just how it works.

So the risk isn’t connecting your inbox to our tool. It’s leaving your dormant contacts sitting there, unreactivated.

You’re always one click from revoking everything.

If anything ever feels wrong, or you notice something unexpected, or you simply change your mind... you can revoke access instantly from your Google account settings.

No need to email us. No contract tied to data connection.

Just note that if you’re still an active user, we won’t be able to track your outreach and update your contacts’ information anymore.

Still not sure? Speak to an active user.

If privacy is still a concern to you, I’d like to introduce you to Patrick Rafferty, owner of RaffertyWeiss Media. His agency manages a good amount of federal government contracts each year where confidentiality is not an option... it’s a must.

And if your spouse asks, “Hey, how’s that Relationship Digest thing working out?” and you hesitate for even a moment... just reply to any of our newsletters. We’ll return every single cent you paid for. No questions asked.

Yes, we are that confident.

Questions we get asked.

How do you access my email and is my data private?

We connect via Google OAuth with read-only access. We extract contact signals and destroy everything else immediately. Storing your emails doesn’t make our product better, in fact, it makes it slow and expensive. Also, we can never send, delete, or modify anything in your inbox. We don’t have a dashboard where anyone reads your threads, and we don’t sell or share your data. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

How long does setup take?

Everything happens on one 45-minute discovery call. We walk you through the product and capture your goals, and you would pay and connect your Gmail and Calendar and receive your first digest within 30 minutes.

What if a suggested contact’s email bounces?

Every contact goes through email enrichment and verification before it appears in your digest. We check against LinkedIn profiles and company domains. If we can’t verify a high-confidence email, the contact won’t appear. If one slips through, let us know and we’ll troubleshoot it.

Can I customize what contacts are suggested?

Yes. During your discovery call, we talk through your quarterly goals, ideal company, and ideal client profile. That context goes directly into the system before your first digest. Over time, the system also learns from your outreach... which angles get replies, which contact types convert... and adjusts accordingly.

What happens on the monthly call?

Every month we review your snapshot together... digests sent, contacts reached, replies, meetings booked, and which signals are converting. We use that session to tune your account... adjusting signal weights, refining your ICP context, updating draft patterns. It’s not a status update. It’s a calibration that makes the next month sharper than the last.

Is this a self-service tool?

No. Relationship Digest is a managed service. We handle the onboarding, the network scan, the signal monitoring, and the monthly calibration. You receive a weekday digest and act on it. No dashboard. No logins. No manual data entry. The system runs. You reach out.

How is this different from a CRM?

CRMs track deals. We track relationships. A CRM tells you a project closed 18 months ago. We tell you that the creative director who brought you that project just moved to a bigger agency, has been posting about needing production partners, and here’s a draft email to congratulate them on the move. It’s a living system... constantly refreshing signals and surfacing new opportunities.

How is this different from outbound agencies like Surge?

They find new people. We resurface people who already know your work. Surge generates cold meetings with creative directors who’ve never seen your reel. We generate warm conversations with creative directors who’ve already sat in your edit suite. They’re actually complementary... Surge for new, us for existing.
