Problem 01 — Why relationships goes dormant

You got busy.

You were heads-down in delivery, putting out fires, and shipping the next project, and you never get the chance to nurture the relationships you’ve already built… so they quietly turn dormant.

Gone cold
Each one raved about your work. None of them have heard from you since.
Problem 02 — Why it never gets fixed

Then relationships got buried.

Those relationships are then buried under thousands of email threads and calendar events, and reconnecting with them means going contact by contact for days or even weeks. Just by thinking of it overwhelms you, so you leave them aside.

Doing this one by one isn’t a plan. It’s a wall you bounce off.
Problem 03 — Why AI alone doesn’t solve it

But there isn’t a proper reactivation system.

The best you can do is use AI to do a huge push over the weekend. But the problem will surface again when you get busy. Instead, what you actually need is a proper system that scans, filters, and resurfaces the right person at the right moment, on a daily basis.

Reconnect effort over time
One big push…then silence
A burst of effort, then flatline. Repeat. Nothing compounds.

Introducing
VeraOps.

Turning strategic thinking, customized implementation, and sophisticated technology into revenue recovered.

01 — Strategy

Reactivation strategy built around your relationships.

  • 1

Insights. We turn two sources into clear, agency-specific insights: the dashboard we help you manage, and the audit we run on your network every quarter — then hand you a concrete recommendation to focus on next.

  • 2

Clusters. We surface the different clusters within your network and keep you informed about the ones you might be neglecting, so no pocket of recoverable revenue slips through.

  • 3

Strategy calls. A call every month and every quarter. Monthly is about staying aligned and on track; quarterly is about tweaking the approach, focusing on the crux, and getting the bigger objective right.

Insight: Your strongest cluster is dormant ex-clients from 2022–2023 — 47 Tier-A contacts with no touch in 12+ months. Prioritize this quarter.

02 — Service

Customized implementation for your agency.

  • 1

Interview. We interview you about your ICP — your ideal client, ideal company, and goals — and ask about recent agency updates, so every outreach email we craft is tuned to you.

  • 2

Cleaning. We spend manual hours cleaning your contacts — at onboarding and every quarter as new relationships enter the pool — verifying by hand that every email matches the right LinkedIn profile.

  • 3

Audit. Every quarter we audit your entire network and reactivation funnel — how far your dormant pool reaches, how fast active relationships are turning dormant, and how well you’re reactivating them.

This is not for every agency.

This is for you if…

  • Your agency sits in the $5M–$10M ARR range — the revenue range where a deep, dormant network is worth recovering.
  • You’re relationship-driven: you’re constantly building relationships, you pay close attention to them, and you genuinely value them.
  • You treat your inbox as your main hub — it’s where your real relationships and history actually live.
  • You have a dedicated seller running revenue operations, so you can focus purely on relationships — or you do both.
  • Your typical deal size is at least $50K per year, so reactivating a single relationship pays for itself many times over.

This is not for you if…

  • You’re well outside that revenue range — too early to have a deep network, or large enough to already have this solved.
  • You’re transactional about relationships: you don’t invest in them, follow up, or treat them as worth your attention.
  • Your relationships don’t run through your inbox, so there’s little history for us to scan and resurface.
  • Nobody owns business development — sales is entirely founder-led with no dedicated seller in place.
  • Your deal sizes are small and high-volume, where reactivating one relationship doesn’t move the needle.

Trusted by actual operators.

Connecting your inbox isn’t a small thing. Here’s how we manage the risk.

1 / 3

We extract what we need and destroy the rest.

Storing your emails doesn’t make our product better, in fact, it makes it worst. Because they take up memory, slow down every database query, and make our cron jobs run longer... which means higher compute costs on every single run. And storing them creates risks we have no reason to carry.

That’s why we do not save any sensitive email content.

We extract the contact signals we need and destroy everything else immediately... and the access we have is read-only which means we can never send, delete, or modify anything in your inbox.

You’re always one click from revoking everything.

If anything ever feels wrong, or you notice something unexpected, or you simply change your mind... you can revoke access instantly from your Google account settings.

No need to email us. No contract tied to data connection.

Just note that if you’re still an active user, we won’t be able to track your outreach and update your contacts’ information anymore.

Still not sure? Speak to an active user.

If privacy is still a concern to you, we can let you speak to one of our active users.

Questions we get asked.

How do you access my email and is my data private?

We connect via Google OAuth with read-only access. We extract contact signals and destroy everything else immediately. Storing your emails doesn’t make our product better, in fact, it makes it slow and expensive. Also, we can never send, delete, or modify anything in your inbox. We don’t have a dashboard where anyone reads your threads, and we don’t sell or share your data. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

How long does setup take?

It happens across two 30-minute calls. First, a discovery call to see if we’re a fit. If we are, we send over the agreements and invoices. Once those are signed and the upfront payment is in, we book a second 30-minute call to connect your Gmail and Calendar and capture your goals. Your first digest lands within 48 hours.

What if a suggested contact’s email bounces?

Every contact goes through email enrichment and verification before it appears in your digest. We check against LinkedIn profiles and company domains. If we can’t verify a high-confidence email, the contact won’t appear. If one slips through, let us know and we’ll troubleshoot it.

Can I customize what contacts are suggested?

Yes. During your discovery call, we talk through your quarterly goals, ideal company, and ideal client profile. That context goes directly into the system before your first digest. Over time, the system also learns from your outreach... which angles get replies, which contact types convert... and adjusts accordingly.

What happens on the monthly call?

Every month we review your snapshot together... digests sent, contacts reached, replies, meetings booked, and which signals are converting. We use that session to tune your account... adjusting signal weights, refining your ICP context, updating draft patterns. It’s not a status update. It’s a calibration that makes the next month sharper than the last.

Is this a self-service tool?

No. Relationship Digest is a managed service. We handle the onboarding, the network scan, the signal monitoring, and the monthly calibration. You receive a weekday digest and act on it. No dashboard. No logins. No manual data entry. The system runs. You reach out.

How is this different from outbound agencies?

They find new people. We resurface people who already know your work. Outbound agencies generate cold meetings with clients who’ve never seen your portfolio. We generate warm conversations with clients who’ve already worked with you. They’re actually complementary... outbound for new, us for existing.
